Our Guarantee

We Guarantee All Our Flowers & Delivery Services. If you are not satisfied with your flowers within 24 hours of receiving them, we will replace it one time with the same value, no questions asked.

Your replacement flowers cannot be saved for future dates, and all of your original flowers must be returned. Pickup or Delivery can be arranged for replacement flowers, depending on your original delivery method (additional delivery costs may apply).

How to Request a Replacement

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers at hello@larkspurandlilly.com with your order number and a photo of the flowers. We’ll arrange your replacement right away.
